Universal Detab & Package machine Perform mechanical detab/cutting process. A conventional press machine with manual loading of product in a strip form. Auto feed strip with a predefined pitch to the detab/cutting station (a product specific detab/cutting tooling/die must be installed to the machine). Fully automated parker linear actuator pick and place which transfer singulated parts to the in-process trays. Fully automated Adept robot pick & place which transfer completely filled in-process tray to the unloading station. Product specific tooling/Die is not an integral part of the machine.
